After an update of Debian v.10 it has happened to me that in the browsers, both Chrome, Firefox or Opera, I have lost the Spanish keyboard in the browsers but nevertheless in the OS it is correctly configured because I write in the terminal and I continue to maintain the accents and the eñe without problem.

I have searched in the configuration of the browsers and the Spanish keyboard option is checked but in no way.

I don't know if I'm missing another way to configure the keyboard that all browsers have in common.

Anyone else has happened?

When making a webservicemoment I have always heard these two options as clear candidates, also taking into account their variants.

But at the moment, from the articles I have read, it is still not very clear to me.

The idea is to be able to evaluate, in which cases it may be more beneficial to use one option or another, taking into account benefits and/or harm that they may have.

In short, what I need is to replace the characters in a string that are a comma with a comma between two single quotes.

The result it gives me does not include single quotes so far.
