I don't know very well what is happening, but when I send a form with angular to the API that I have so that it enters it into the database if I put the '+' character in a string, it changes it to a space.

I have tried to send the form by postman and it enters it well. How would I have to make the request so that it does not exchange the character '+' for a space ' '

I'm trying to reuse the result of a procedure so I don't have to call it twice, since that way the query takes too long.

Where it says 'ResponseTimeMinutes' is where I want to put what the procedure returns.

I'm trying to change the value of the App.config file and it doesn't save anything, I don't get any errors when saving, and when I run the program again it still has the same value.

I am analyzing a database and there is a view that I don't know where it gets the information from, is there any statement to know where the view gets the data from?
