Good as the title says. I don't use joomla since version 3.2, now I'm in a multilanguage project with the latest version, I installed a CCK (k2), falang (to translate fields in k2), and the advanced module manager.
My doubt arises because I have spent more time googling solutions to problems generated with falang or because of its lack of free options or with k2 with multilanguage.
I always use joomla with its native multilanguage options and they are more comfortable for me, my question is now that joomla has custom fields, will it be necessary for me to use K2?? . I would only be adding basic fields for a user panel, translation panel and changing the template of certain sections a bit.
To be more precise, could I achieve this only by using joomla's custom fields, native multilanguage and template overrides? What are the limitations against k2 and falang regarding fields and associations?
Edit: Improve the question.
