When I put in the terminal as rootthe command, this apt-get updateappeared in an output line:
Des:5 http://ppa.launchpad.net/webupd8team/java/ubuntu disco InRelease [15,4 kB]
Searching with my ignorance a little I found this page in English where apparently (with what little I understand) it informs me that when someone installed java on my computer they put this command:
deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/webupd8team/java/ubuntu trusty main
My question is what does this command do?
I understand that it rebootis to restart the pc, while it systemctl rebootis to do the same thing but with systemd, but I don't know what the difference is when using one or the other
I have a laptop with Debian 9 (stretch) and everything started because initially I had a problem, I didn't have wifi, so I decided to install some things (which didn't work):
apt install firmware-realtek
apt-get install firmware-linux-nonfree
apt install firmware-netxen
apt-get update
Then I installed steam, and the games did not open so I tried to fix it:
apt install libgtk2.0-0:i386
Later I restarted it and I find that when I turn it on it stays like this and never finishes initializing:

When I put apt-get updatein the recovery mode it returns me this and it does not solve it:

I understand that both download and install packages, but I don't know when one works and when the other works.
I want to know where to which file/directory it takes me when I put it in the terminal for example $ python. I already know that putting $ $PATHit shows me the routes, but I want to read it in some file or know where it saves the information.
I myself always use these lines many times #!/usr/bin/pythonat the beginning of my python script , but I don't know why it is useful. I understand that if I execute in the terminal python script.pyit will not cause me problems if my script does not precede these lines.
