Questions[servidor]

I have developed my project locally when I try to upload it to the server at 000webhost, I cannot access files.000webhost.com even through WinScp. In the first option the browser returns me: "The server files.000webhost.com is taking too long to respond." And WinScp: "Time expired! (control connection) Connection failed.". According to what I have read in some forums, I have changed the password, restarted the site, also created a new account, and nothing.

It is definitely the router, I have tried using a mobile connection and I access without problem.

Any solution?.

I have contacted the internet company and they ask me if it might be necessary to open any ports. Do you know something?

I have to upload a file to the server every 1 hour, with the scheduled tasks I take care that the upload.bat is executed every hour. The problem is that the file is not uploading. I would appreciate the help

I have a client who wants to install an SSL certificate so that it runs on his entire website. I manage the web for him but not the server, so the one who manages the server will do the installation, he contacts me telling me that if he installs SSL , he wants to know if I will make the changes on the web. But I have installed other certificates on the websites of other clients and I don't know what it refers to.

Does anyone know what he means when he tells me to make changes to the web when installing SSL ?

I would like to understand the typical format table of a network communication message, in the specification of any protocol.

What does each column mean? Is it a byte? a bit?

And, what puzzles me even more, I don't know how to interpret the rows. A message is supposed to be linear, one bit after another, so I don't understand how to interpret the rows.

I would also appreciate if you could show me an example of how to implement it in any programming language.
