Questions[netbeans]

Hello World! I downloaded the apache netbeans from the usual page , I selected the option that says

Binaries: incubating-netbeans-java-9.0-bin.zip

I unzipped it in the folder C:\Ambienteand looked for the 64-bit executable that I found in the folder C:\Ambiente\netbeans\bin, but when I double-click it, it shows me this error in English:

Which is weird because I have Java installed and configured. When running a cmd and putting the command java -versionI get

java version "11.0.1" 2018-10-16 LTS

Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 18.9 (build 11.0.1+13-LTS)

Is there any necessary configuration to be able to run it?

I have even been using NetBeans (version 8.2) to program in Java because I like this IDE but I don't know why it doesn't work correctly anymore, I click on create a new file or project and nothing opens and when I try to open a project it lets me select it but As soon as I open it, it does absolutely nothing, I have already tried to delete all the folders related to the program and then reinstall it but it has not worked, until yesterday it worked perfectly for me, any idea what is happening and what can I do? ?

I have a problem when executing my program, I get a little hammer where the classes are and it won't let me execute it. I get that hammer:

The strange thing is that all the classes are there and the frames but it does not let them execute, can someone help me?

I have been working with maven in netbeans and I would like to use the maven that it already comes with but now from the console and not download it again.

When I open the configuration instead of the path it tells me embedded maven.

Does anyone know where I can find it if I have Netbeans 8.0.2?

My operating system is Windows.
