I am trying to set up an FTP server with Filezila to perform an automatic synchronization of the files when establishing the connection. I have managed to enable the comparison of the folders but I cannot make the copy automatically.
I found these steps on the internet, hopefully it will be useful to you.
Copy the folder name, then click "Disconnect" on the toolbar and close FileZilla.
Create a folder with the same name as the folder to sync on the "C:\" drive
Start FileZilla again. Click "File" and "Site Manager", then select your FTP server from the list. Click the "Advanced" tab in the Site Manager window, and then click the "Browse" button next to the "Default Local Directory" field. Browse to the new folder you created in Windows Explorer, and then click "Open."
Make sure that the folder name in the "Default Remote Directory" field exactly matches the name in the "Default Local Directory" field. However, if the folder names don't match, just type the folder name from the "Default Local Directory" field (without the "C:\") into the "Default Remote Directory" field.
Click and enable the "Use Synchronized Scan" option in the Advance tab, and then click the "Connect" button. After connecting and establishing an FTP session with the server, FileZilla prompts you to sync the folders. Click the "Yes" button to download files from the server to the new folder you created on your local computer's hard drive. After performing the initial synchronization of the folders, FileZilla analyzes the changes each time it reconnects to the FTP server. If there are new files in any folder, local or remote, the application will ask you to synchronize the directories. If you click "Yes", FileZilla uploads or downloads files to sync folders as needed.

I did not manage to establish a reliable synchronization with Filezilla but I found another program that allows the synchronization of documents by FTP.
