Server connection failure

I am trying to upload my files to the server by Filezilla but it gives me an error, I already deactivated the firewall and the ativirus and nothing.

    I think you are trying to connect without entering the username and password credentials.

    If you go to the site manager and add a new site, select in normal access mode:

    If you've already tried this way and you're not making an anonymous connection attempt, try connecting via plain FTP. Since some networks do not allow connections to FTP via encrypted connection; hence the AUTH TLS error:
