Natively it is not possible, as they say you can deal with iphoDroid, iAndroid etc. Although your application must be relatively simple, because when you use certain types of permissions, SDK classes, your application does not work correctly and closes, and you also have to jailbreak your iPhone, are you sure about this?
Whether for development or production I would not use this option.
You can't run an Android app on iOS
, it's like wanting to run a Windows executable on Linux,it's just something that's technically too complicated; Android applications need the Dalvik Java virtual machine that converts intermediate Java code to the native architecture of each device, a virtual machine would have to be developed to run on iOS for it to be technically feasible, but Apple's restrictions would not allow said machine (you could always try to jailbreak your iphone but it could never be sold in the store or "mainstream")If you mean that you have a cross-platform application like with Cordova or something similar, you would have to generate the binary for iOS, that is, generate the .APP file with the corresponding tool, this APP is similar (under concept) to the Android APK, but compiled under the iOS architecture, because unlike Android it compiles to native code.
If you mean a web app you can use chrome developer tools to change the target to an iOS device to emulate the browser and resolutions of each device
At the moment there is nothing available however if there is development.

Short answer: It's not possible natively.
Before there were some projects to emulate through apps on iPhone, but it seems that at this moment they are dead
Note: Jailbreak is required on iPhone
