They know if it is possible that from a button another form can be opened without changing the page.
Suppose in this example:
On that page you can create a type of digital stickynotes in such a way that when I click on the "more" button, more stickynotes appear.
In my case, I would have a template as an html form that would be the following:
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<body>
<form action="/action_page.php">
First name:<br>
<input type="text" name="firstname" value="Mickey">
<br>
Last name:<br>
<input type="text" name="lastname" value="Mouse">
<br><br>
<input type="submit" value="Submit">
<input type = "submit" value="Add more"></form>
<p>If you click the "Submit" button, the form-data will be sent to a page called "/action_page.php".</p>
</body>
</html>
The "add more" button will have to display a new form similar to the previous one....
I honestly have no idea how to do it... I guess it's possible to do it with Javascript and playing with the iframe tag...
I plan to realize my project in JSP.
I appreciate your answers. I'm too noob in creating web pages :/
You can Try this code snippet made with pure javascript. All new forms have a different ID . NOTE: The css is not necessary. just use it so that you can better appreciate the added forms. I recommend that you copy and paste into an HTML file so you can better appreciate the result.
I hope it helps you. Cheers!
You can do it with jQuery:
Now, it is not recommended to have many forms on the same page, I recommend using ajax to send the data you need.
