I was looking at a C# class called Speech. I did a small test program to see how it sounded, and everything seemed very interesting. Now, the issue is that the only voice installed in the system is in English (of course) and is called "Anna".
Of course, if I write words in Spanish, being an English voice pronounces it strange. Somewhere I read that the voice should be installed in Spanish, but where do I get that? I also intend to test the voice recognition... will the English theme also affect the recognition? (I think surely yes..)
For windows 10:
Start -> Settings -> time and language -> region and language, Add Language, Add the Spanish language if it is not.
Once installed or if it is already installed, select the language in the list, and then options, in language options -> voice, select download.
Cheers,
