Repositories.cfg could not be loaded

I'm trying to compile an android app using the following command, ionic build androidfor Ionic 1.x, but I'm getting the following error:

File C:\Users\User\.android\repositories.cfg could not be loaded.

My team information is:

  • OS: Windows 10 32 Bit
  • Node: 6.10.1
  • Ionic: 2.2.1
android

    It should create a file for you repositories.cfgautomatically:

    If it exists, remove it or remove its content and restart Android Studio.

    If it does not exist, I recommend creating a file without content repositories.cfgin the path:

    C:\Users\User\.android\
