I want to install the microsoft.Graph package but it won't let me, it gives me the following error.

In your error message, indicate that you are in a .NET Framework 4.5.2 project, and the nuget you are trying to use/download does not support it.
If you go to check the Microsoft.Graph nuget you will see that it only supports .NET Framework 4.6.1 or higher
So options
yes or if you need .NET Framework 4.5.2? If so, you won't be able to use it directly... there are alternatives. But they are all communicating with another app or service. can you migrate to .NET Framework some more recent version? or even use .NET 6
