I am trying to see if there is a possibility that when entering my web page, it does not have 50% zoom. Without the need to make an average of 420px (since I have a lot of text and it looks ugly when it exceeds 500px) https://jolly-creponne-d89dbc.netlify.app/
The quickest solution to your problem would be for the texts to scale according to the width of your screen, so as the screen shrinks, the larger texts adapt to it:
change the measurements of your texts using vw and not pixels, what it does is that it changes the size according to the width of the screen, so you would not have to use the mediaQuerys that is normally used for something more in general because if you depend a lot on that it can generate conflicts with other styles, this solution may also work for you at the moment, but I recommend you study the flexbox in css, this way you will achieve a totally responsive-web-design more easily :).
