I'm using Visual Studio Code to debug ( or debug ) a system made in PHP using Xdebug.
Everything works fine, the problem comes when they occur Notices
, Warnings
, etc. in the source code of the libraries ( or vendors ).
My question is, how can I go about excluding those files or directories while debugging?
this is my filelaunch.json
{
"version": "0.2.0",
"configurations": [
{
"name": "Listen for XDebug",
"type": "php",
"request": "launch",
"port": 9003,
"xdebugSettings": {
"max_data": -1,
"max_children": 100,
"max_depth": 3
}
}
]
}
I was finally able to spend some time resolving this issue and found that the PHP Debug extension within the file
launch.json
provides the ability to add theignore
