I have created a form with Google Forms, I would like to create an algorithm in Google App Script, which allows me, according to a response, to send the data to different sheets, however, starting the function, I want to do tests and the option does not appear in the triggers, to execute "From a form -- On form submission".
I have searched for information from several forums, most of them have how to create a form from code, however I cannot find what has happened with that activator / Trigger / Trigger, it only shows me two and it is according to time or according to calendar.
Is it possible that to the current date Google has deactivated this trigger? If so, how can I capture the information when submitting the form, and when dividing the information for several destinations I can do it, what I would like to achieve is that the algorithm is executed when submitting the form.
If you don't see the option to create a trigger from form then you are in a "standalone" project instead of a "bounded" project.
You could create a project "bounded" to your form or to a spreadsheet linked to your form, or instead of creating the trigger using the Google Apps Script UI, do it using code. For this you will need an object from your form or spreadsheet.
