I will explain. What I want to achieve is that when doing focus(selector:focus), the placeholder changes some of its properties, for example the background-color. I know how to change the placeholder using the selector::placeholder pseudo-element, however I want that when focusing on the input, some property of the placeholder is changed. Here is an example of my progress and the problem I'm having.
input::placeholder{
background-color:lightblue
}
input:focus{
outline: 4px solid pink
}
/*¿Cómo hago para que el background-color del placeholder cambie al hacer foco?*/
<input type="text" placeholder="Ingrese su nombre"></input>
You can achieve this by specifying the pseudo-selector
::placeholder
after the:hover
