I don't know why I started to put this on the console and the android manifest of the builder skips... what happens. I was trying to remove the top bar that the default apps bring that puts the name of the project by putting this in the normal manifest.
android:theme="@style/Theme.AppCompat.NoActionBar"
and I get an error in this manifest that is in another location
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<manifest xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android"
package="com.example.turespawn"
android:versionCode="1"
android:versionName="1.0" >
<uses-sdk
android:minSdkVersion="22"
android:targetSdkVersion="31" />
<application
android:allowBackup="true"
android:appComponentFactory="androidx.core.app.CoreComponentFactory"
android:debuggable="true"
android:icon="@mipmap/ic_launcher"
android:label="@string/app_name"
android:roundIcon="@mipmap/ic_launcher_round"
android:supportsRtl="true"
android:testOnly="true"
android:theme="@style/Theme.TuRespawn" >
<activity
android:name="com.example.turespawn.HomeActivity"
android:exported="true" />
<activity
android:name="com.example.turespawn.MainActivity"
android:exported="true" >
<intent-filter>
<action android:name="android.intent.action.MAIN" />
<category android:name="android.intent.category.LAUNCHER" />
android:theme="@style/Theme.AppCompat.NoActionBar"
</intent-filter>
</activity>
</application>
</manifest>
The problem is that currently these values that you define inside your
AndroidManifest.xml
:They should only be defined inside
build.gradle
your project file, inside thedefaultConfig
.
