I want to use the find command in a bash script to search for files of type file and directories.
How can I specify that in the parameters?
I tried something like:
find "ruta" -name "" -type f -type d
the latter did not give me an error, but did not show anything
find "ruta" -name "" -type f d
find "ruta" -name "" -type f,d
It is a bash script.
Simply use a condition
-o
so that it looks for things that meet one of two conditions:This is the sum of do
find -type f
andfind -type d
, corresponding to file type and directory type respectively.
