why the ASP.NET Core Web Application template does not appear in visual studio 2019

The following template does not appear in Visual studi0 2019 professional:

    It comes to be the same but it ends with app, that is for a normal web and this is the other one that is the mvc app that leaves you the template in the form of development model view controller
