Problem capturing an hour in the timepicker

I have one fragmentwhich should save an hour, after doing all the code it simply generates an error when executing it

SelectordeAlarmas.java ( fragmentwhich will capture the alarms)

This is for a schedule... at the moment I just want the selected time to be set to the TextViewone that says "alarm not set"

    The main error is:

    java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: android.icu.util.Calendar

    Uses:

        import java.util.Calendar;
...
...
final Calendar calendar=Calendar.getInstance();

    Instead of :

    import android.icu.util.Calendar;
