As the title of the question says, I wonder if I could define the zoom that I want the browser to have when loading my web page. That would save me a lot of work because otherwise I would have to adapt it with bootstrap depending on the size of the screen.
You can add the property
zoom
tobody
your web page.Example:
You can also do it by percentages.
Example:
If instead of using CSS you wanted to add it through Javascript you could use:
TIP: DO NOT use different types of zoom for different types of screens. Failing that, make your web page responsive.
Being responsive does not mean that the same content is seen on all types of screens, but rather that, depending on the screen, you reorder the distribution of the elements in the layout. You can even hide elements that are not relevant for small screens (such as header images).
Making your page
responsive
should be a priority before trying to perform various types of zoom depending on each screen, since it can be very annoying for the end user and your page does not receive the necessary attention.
