I have developed my project locally when I try to upload it to the server at 000webhost, I cannot access files.000webhost.com even through WinScp. In the first option the browser returns me: "The server files.000webhost.com is taking too long to respond." And WinScp: "Time expired! (control connection) Connection failed.". According to what I have read in some forums, I have changed the password, restarted the site, also created a new account, and nothing.
It is definitely the router, I have tried using a mobile connection and I access without problem.
Any solution?.
I hope you can help me. Thank you
Edit: This is returned by the browser when I try to access files.000webhost.com:
And that is the program (winscp) that I use to upload the files via FTP:
I have contacted the internet company and they ask me if it might be necessary to open any ports. Do you know something?
000webhost is a free hosting service provider, that is, to upload your website.
Normally, hosting providers (I'm talking about paid ones) offer you at least one of the following two alternatives to upload files to your hosting to set up your website:
I understand that this provider, even if it is free, has some way of uploading the files. In the same way they could have a CPanel or a Panel where you can upload them.
To connect by FTP you need a username, password (if there is no anonymous mode, which in hosting providers there is not) and the server to which you are going to connect. Here is some information about the FTP connection on this provider:

In theory, in the client area when you enter the web with your credentials, they indicate the FTP access credentials.
Then you have:
From what I was investigating, the most common thing I found is that in 000webhost.com you make the connection by FTP. In this case, the best thing is that you get these credentials by accessing your panel and then with a program like FileZilla (for me the best option) upload the files.
edit:
As I told you, they have a section on the web to upload the files to your website. You can access the following URL https://files.000webhost.com/ . You have to upload the files inside the public_html folder. The web service has this directory assigned so to speak so that it is the main one to display the web.
Otherwise you can enter step by step as follows:
https://www.000webhost.com/ -> Hover over your created website and you will see "Manage Website" -> Then in the drop-down menu on the left "Tools" -> And in the sub-drop-down menu "File Manager".
I hope I've helped.
In the end, I let 3-4 days pass without access and when I tried again it worked.
It has happened to me many times, I searched the forums and the solution was to wait a few days, the same thing may also happen to you a month or a week, and you also have to wait a few days, supposedly it is due to the maintenance they do internally
