Uploading files to 000webhost

I have developed my project locally when I try to upload it to the server at 000webhost, I cannot access files.000webhost.com even through WinScp. In the first option the browser returns me: "The server files.000webhost.com is taking too long to respond." And WinScp: "Time expired! (control connection) Connection failed.". According to what I have read in some forums, I have changed the password, restarted the site, also created a new account, and nothing.

It is definitely the router, I have tried using a mobile connection and I access without problem.

Any solution?.

  1. 000webhost is a free hosting service provider, that is, to upload your website.

    Normally, hosting providers (I'm talking about paid ones) offer you at least one of the following two alternatives to upload files to your hosting to set up your website:

    • FTP : File Transfer Protocol. It basically has the purpose of transferring files.
    • SSH : Secure Shell. Its main function is to connect remotely to a server or device.

    I understand that this provider, even if it is free, has some way of uploading the files. In the same way they could have a CPanel or a Panel where you can upload them.

    To connect by FTP you need a username, password (if there is no anonymous mode, which in hosting providers there is not) and the server to which you are going to connect. Here is some information about the FTP connection on this provider:
