ionic cordova resources not installing global

I've encountered installation failures telling me I can't install Ionic Cordova resources due to lack of permissions, even though I'm an administrator.

    What helped me was to install local in the project and run the Ionic resources commands were:

    npm i cordova-res@latest --save

    ionic cordova resources ios --force
