"Outfile disabled" MySQL Error

Hello I am trying to create a new log file but it is not working for me. \t arch.txtIt gives me the error Outfile disabled. Does anyone know about this error I can't find information about this error.

    From what I can read in your comment (and you should edit the question and put that info there), you are running "\t file.txt"

    Try this :

    mysql> \T archivo.text

    If you go to see the help for MySQL v5.7.9

    mysql> \h
...
notee     (\t) Don't write into outfile.
...
tee       (\T) Set outfile [to_outfile]. Append everything into given outfile.
....
