SQL/PL-SQL SELECT: Select multiple rows in the same table

I am trying to make a query to select multiple rows of a table specifying only 3 records, I tried with:
SELECT NAME FROM EQUIPMENT_PLACES WHERE NAME = '68', '69','70';
At the end it throws me a syntax error. I leave the example of a table where I am trying to apply the query.
Are you sure you want to access the "Name" attribute? It wouldn't make sense to do a lookup for that attribute and then print the same attribute. Have you tried to do:
SELECT * FROM EQUIPMENT_PLACES WHERE NAME = '68', '69','70';
