activate JS function when it brings set value

I have a page to update where it brings me the data according to the record that I have selected, I have numeric fields that I have validated with a function for separating thousands and decimals, but in which method should I place the function so that when loading the values, numbers automatically I formatted the value without needing to do a focusin, focusOut, keypress or keyup

    The idea would be after your ajax to go through each record and invoke each of the quantities and pass them to the function formatearNumero()like this:

    const cifras = [100,1000,2050.60];

function formatearNumero(nStr) {
    nStr += '';
    x = nStr.split(',');
    x1 = x[0];
    x2 = x.length > 1 ? '.' + x[1] : '';
    var rgx = /(\d+)(\d{3})/;
    while (rgx.test(x1)) {
            x1 = x1.replace(rgx, '$1' + ',' + '$2');
    }
    return x1 + x2;
}

cifras.forEach(function(cifra) {
  console.log(formatearNumero(cifra));

    Now if you already have the amounts in the inputs you can do this:
