I have a database which I want to import into MySQL, but I have seen that the only method to do this is by converting the Access database into a .sql file, the problem is that I have downloaded programs and have seen tutorials on how to convert it but none have worked for me, if someone knows how to convert an Access database to a file with a .jql extension, could you give me some advice or recommend a program?
To import from MySQL (or another database) from Access what I always did (probably not the most efficient) is to export to Excel from Access and generate insertion queries by concatenating the columns.
For example:
and then execute the queries simply by copying and pasting in phpMyAdmin
You can do it by exporting the tables through ODBC to MySQL, or to any other database that has an ODBC connector. Right-clicking on the table Export-->ODBC Databases. Follow the steps that are indicated and it is relatively simple. Previously you have to have the MySQL Driver installed. On the official MySQL page you have the download for the ODBC driver.
