Hello, I have seen in several examples the possibility of when we make a repetitive console.log, that the console prints the message once and a number with the times that we repeat that event , as in the example that the event was repeated 28 times. Well, it prints me directly in the message in question every time I perform the event as shown in the image below. I went around google, google forums and chrome tools with no success. Where do I find that configuration so that it shows me the number when repeating console.log
instead of printing the message in question over and over again; or does it have to do with the version of Chrome ?. Mine is: Version 65.0.3325.181 (Official Build) (64 bits)
I show the captures in case my explanations are not eloquent. Thank you
The console only groups identical messages. In the example that you put in the image they are not identical although they are always called by the same event. Anyway, I see that you are printing the
Timestamp
so, even if the message were identical, I would never group them for you.To avoid this you have to go to settings and uncheck "Show timestamps"
Here is an example with the option checked and unchecked:
with timestamps
No Timestamps
Edit :
An interesting option that could work for you is to use the group() and groupCollapsed() functions of the object
console
. With them you can group what you want and put your own label on them. I leave you an example here
