I am going to tell you my problem. I am trying to run a program using the mpi library on linux mint. Download the package and I have downloaded the library. I can compile my program (mpicc) but when I try to run it using mpirun I get the following message: `
[proxy:0:0@miMachine-LinuxMint] HYDU_create_process (./utils/launch/launch.c:75): execvp error on file hola (No such file or directory)
[proxy:0:0@miMachine-LinuxMint] HYDU_create_process (./utils/launch/launch.c:75): execvp error on file hola (No such file or directory)

execvp error on file hola (No such file or directory)
[proxy:0:0@miMachine-LinuxMint] HYDU_create_process (./utils/launch/launch.c:75): execvp error on file hola (No such file or directory)
My file is called hello. Unfortunately I can't put an mpi tag on the forum. If anyone has any suggestions it would be welcome. Greetings.
Well I managed to make it work. It seems that to compile mpi files you need to install one package and to run them another package. I am not an expert in linux nor in handling packages and I did not notice it. First install the package to build.
Then the package to execute
Finally activate the execution package.
Here is the output for running the program in 5 processes.
Thanks for your answer @Renato A.
